The learning was profound, environment was friendly at the same time strict. Cynthia and Steve are both just amazing. The way they would just teach and make things look so easy was mind blowing. One thing that stood out was that they treated us as equals; it was not just in words, but they made me feel that I was equal and that helped me in learning much better. Experiential learning was the best part, not just the concepts, but letting us experience both as clients and counsellor helped in not feeling overwhelmed.

The atmosphere was one of mutual respect and freeness which is tremendously refreshing. It makes the class fully safe place while constantly placing the emphasis on personal awareness and personal responsibility. Safety and responsibility is an extraordinary tightrope to walk and I feel you both create it effortlessly. Polarity: I was completely taken aback by the power and the wisdom in the part I had denied for so long! I can’t wait to discover more polarities and gain from the energy trapped in them.

Each modality taught is crisp and clear and ample time is given for us to practice and understand the concept. You both made sure that the learning is embodied in our system. The most beautiful part of this journey, I feel full theoretically and practically.

I found the sessions are conducted with creativity and compassion. I loved the use of humour in conveying complex ideas with ease. I also appreciate the depth in which concepts are explored, with experimental learning at the heart of the process. I was particularly impacted by the concept of polarities within me

Gestalt training was fantastic. I got lot of reflections about my own process throughout the workshop. Insights I got from trainers were extremely helpful in my personal journey and also as a practicing counsellor. The trainers knew the art of connecting with the group and making a safe space for everyone present in the group. This was a wonderful training programme which helped me to grow as a person and professional counsellor. It is an experiential and enriching workshop for me.

I absorbed the concepts with so much ease and lightness and humour. Loved the space which the two trainers gave us. I felt very safe to share what I reflected . I am taking a more confident ME along. Feel more empowered, not shying away from owning up my processes

Very respectful way of confrontation. Beautiful use of humour. Experiential activities helped assimilate the learning for self. Practice sessions of techniques helped me to see the effectiveness of the technique and the process of how to do it. I am encouraged to break our old patterns.

There is so much authenticity in the way they present themselves. Admire how they’ve used in-class examples to deepen our learnings. A course packed with experiential learning.

The course was structured in a progressive manner which help deepen both the experience as well as cognitive assimilation of concepts. I found the camaraderie between the two instructors very permissive as it modelled for us how two differentiated selves can still be close and supportive. The course structure and its implementation by the instructors ensured protection of every participant, allowing everyone to be their vulnerable, authentic selves.

Experience of trainers both Cynthia and Steve were great, filling up for each other and balancing very well. Sessions were extremely interactive and experiential. Group was encouraged to be cohesive and respectful at the same time. Each activity was experience created so it was very well internalised.

The focus on importance of both personal and professional growth is very unique to your programme. You both handling the activities and us gently and in an assertive manner is very touching. The learning and experiences are going to be with me for my lifetime .You made us feel very safe to be vulnerable.

Thank you both of you immensely for the experiential processes throughout the Gestalt Programme where every theory is clearly explained with interactive process with participants, where the concepts are understood at a deeper experiential level.
